Holiday Cheese Tasting at Baricelli Cheese Company

Slow Food members and friends are invited to a holiday cheese tasting at the Baricelli Cheese Company on Saturday, December 15 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Chef Paul Minnillo will lead a formal tasting of seasonal cheeses paired with wines and be on hand to offer advice on selecting, serving and pairing artisan cheeses. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet local cheesemakers from Oakvale Farmstead Gouda and Lake Erie Creamery and purchase cheeses for holiday entertaining and gift giving.

The Cleveland area's premier cheese purveyor, Baricelli Cheese Company features over 40 varieties of the finest hand-crafted and farmstead cheeses from Europe and America including goat, cow and sheep milk cheeses properly aged in a state-of-the-art affinage cooler.

Slow Food Holiday Cheese Tasting

Cost: Slow Food Members $30.00 per person / Non-members $35.00 (includes cheese & wine)
Pre-paid reservations are required and must be received no later than Wednesday, December 12.

2. Mail payment for your party to Slow Food c/o Kari Moore at 2239 Grandview Ave., Cleveland Heights, OH 44106 by Wednesday, December 12.
3. Don't forget to include the names of each person in your party along with your check.
