Welcome Louisiana Audrey Sawyer!

Chef Jonathon, Amelia and Catcher Sawyer welcomed the arrival of Louisiana Audrey on October 30, 2007. Congratulations to the Sawyers -- grandparents Tom & Becky too! We send our warmest wishes and can't wait to meet the newest member of this growing Slow Food Northern Ohio family!

In celebration of Louisiana's arrival, Bar Cento is launching a new Tuesday night tradition, Cook Cheffin' with Cento Kids. Kids of all ages are invited to make their own pizza along with Mom, Dad, and Chef Sawyer. All local and organic ingredients are provided. Kids get to roll up their sleeves and make their pizza exactly the way they like it. The fun happens every Tuesday from 4:30 to 8, starting November 20th.
