Page-to-Plate Potluck

The June 1st New York Times Sunday Book Review included a fresh crop of cookbooks just in time for summer cooking and grilling. Inspired, we thought of the perfect event to kick off a Slow summer in Northeast Ohio, our first-ever Page-to-Plate Potluck.

We know that many of you share a love of cookbooks, cooking and eating. So, let’s get together and share what we love – delicious food, great company, and the books that inspire us.

We’ll meet at the home of Fred & Linda Griffith, Slow Food Northern Ohio convivium leaders, on Sunday, June 29 from 6-8pm.

Please bring a dish to share; the cookbook or book that inspired the dish; and the beverage of your choice, it’s BYOB.

We’ll visit, peruse cookbooks, and of course, eat! Fred & Linda will provide smoked brisket and the grill will be available if anyone needs it.

Date: Sunday, June 29
Time: 6:00-8:00pm
Place: Fred & Linda Griffith’s home in Pepper Pike. Directions provided upon rsvp.

To RSVP, please email Linda at hotcookLG@roadrunner.com or call 216.378.9307.
Space is limited so please RSVP as soon as possible.

Hope to see you there!
