2nd Annual Holiday Wine & Cheese Tasting at Baricelli Cheese Company

Slow Food members and friends are invited to our 2nd annual holiday wine and cheese tasting at the Baricelli Cheese Company on Saturday, December 13 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Chef Paul Minnillo will host a casual tasting of French, Italian and American artisan cheeses paired with wine. He will also be on hand to offer advice on selecting, serving and pairing artisan cheeses for holiday gift giving and entertaining. We hope you will join us to toast the holidays, taste some fabulous cheeses, and enjoy an opportunity to get to know fellow Slow Food members.

The Cleveland area's premier cheese purveyor, Baricelli Cheese Company features over 40 varieties of the finest hand-crafted and farmstead cheeses from Europe and America including goat, cow and sheep milk cheeses properly aged in a state-of-the-art affinage cooler.
