A Taste of Barolo

Join Slow Food Northern Ohio on Wednesday August 25 at L’Albatros Brasserie for a Taste of Barolo. Chef de Cuisine David Uecke & Sommelier Brandon Chrostowski join with author Matthew Gavin Frank as he shares his experience with Barolo, his newly released book which passionately captures the beauty and allure of the famed town and celebrates the lifestyle of the Piemonte region.

The event will include a six course dinner with wine pairings that embrace Piemonte. Throughout the evening Matthew Gavin Frank will enchant, humor and inspire guests with his tales of Barolo.
