Italian Cooking Class with Dante Boccuzzi
Presented by the Centro Culturale Leonardo da Vinci at Dante Restaurant

Chef Dante Boccuzzi will delight us with a demonstration of the following dishes:
Fresh Pasta: Tagliatelle & Tortellini di Carne (Meat Filled Tortellini)
Sauces and Broths: Ragu’ all Bolognese & Brodo di Verdure
Affettati e Formaggi (Charcuterie & Cheese)
Torta di Riso e Ravioli di San Giuseppe
Participants will enjoy samples of the above dishes paired with wines from the region.
