From Garden to Table: Cuyahoga Master Gardeners Spring Seminar



It is time to start planning your vegetable garden!

To prepare for the growing season Master Gardeners of Cuyahoga County is again sponsoring their “Garden to Table” seminar. This vegetable gardening event is being held at Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Happy Days Lodge in Peninsula, Ohio on Saturday, April 21st, from 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The cost is $34.00 and includes all sessions, homemade baked goods for breakfast and a delicious lunch. Participants will receive instruction on crop selection, growing techniques, preserving vegetables, and buying of locally grown food. There will also be door prizes, a raffle, and an opportunity to buy vegetables and herbs from a local grower Dean’s Greenhouse.
